Talent management

Our talent management work combines role profiling, assessment and training needs analysis - with external coaching and internal mentoring support for those deemed to be talent. This ensures that emerging talent are helped to adapt to the challenge of new roles, and not left rudderless - or 'set up to fail'.

Barker Dewson is licensed by the British Psychology Society as a registered test provider for Level A&B, and qualified to use a range of online profiling tools, such as Talent Q, EQi2.0, OPQ32, Wave and Strengthscope.

Our approach is centred on people, rather than software or processes. You cannot manage talent with an app.
