Although many assessment practices have moved online or involve virtual elements, the principles remain the same. What are you assessing? Do you have a competency framework? How are people measured? Are these tools consistently used in recruitment, development and performance management?

We've designed assessment centre exercises including role plays, analysis and presentation, competency-based interviews and situational judgement tests. Our experience as associates with SHL, A&DC, Cut-e, Aon, and others ensure that we adopt best practice.

We also act as assessors for awarding bodies, such as the CMI, and for the prestigious Chartered Management Consultant award, jointly supported by CMI and the MCA.
