Who we are

Barker Dewson is a management consultancy specialising in coaching, learning, development, talent management and strategy. It is owned and run by Jon and Louise Pope. We formed in 2007, and are based on the Sussex coast near Brighton, UK. 

What we do

We provide a range of people, learning, training and business consultancy services directly to clients, or as associates with larger organisations such as Aon, the CMI, CIM and Papilio.

 

Who we work with

We work in all sectors and all environments - virtual, distance and face-to-face. Since 2007, we have worked with over 120 clients: from small businesses to large government departments and global enterprises - in the UK, Middle East, the Maldives and beyond.
